This service is only available to Hertfordshire County Council approved administrators, ID verifiers and applicants required to complete a criminal record check by those approved users. Standard and enhanced disclosure checks are required for eligible roles undertaking regulated activities with adults and/or children. Basic disclosure checks can be requested for other non-regulated roles. The Disclosures and Barring Service (DBS) process basic, standard and enhanced checks for work undertaken in England and Wales, while Disclosure Scotland process basic checks for roles based in Scotland.

This facility enables ID verifiers and applicants to complete a DBS check at standard, enhanced and basic level. The menu options above provide more information.
